Darren, founder of INDROCORP brings more than 25 years experience with research and development, operations and management of technology in the petroleum industry. He later co-founded Insure Wealth Group, a Canadian financial services company and in 2019 co-founded Bravo Zulu, a leading international defense and securities company. He actively holds several board positions.

Sheri founded and leads ARO Consulting, a 15-person firm, that specializes in providing accounting services to public companies listed across all three Canadian stock exchanges.

Philip, Founder of InDro Robotics has 25+ years of experience in technology and commercial aviation. Philip is the technical lead for Canada Post’s long-range BVLOS program and a technical advisor to Transport Canada. Philip is a member of the Board of Directors of Canada’s national drone industry association, Unmanned Systems Canada.

Marc, Founder and former CEO & Chairman of Norsemont Mining (TSX: NOM), which grew from a market capitalization of $1mm and subsequently sold to Hudbay Minerals Inc. for $520mm. Marc Levy has raised over $300mm in the resource, agriculture and technology sectors, as well as bringing 30 years of management and leadership experience. Marc has been involved in several successful exits including Petaquilla Minerals (TSX: PTQ) sold to Inmet Mining for $350mm and Coal Hunter Resources to Cardero Group for $52mm.

Barry has spent 24 years in professional baseball as a player, coach and manager including the Chicago Cubs and New York Yankees. Barry co-founded Tri-State Homes, formed F2 Technologies LLC and developed a patented process to read gas, water and electric meters from airborne platforms. He became the Executive Vice President of NorthStar Energy of Alaska. Currently Barry is sitting on the board of advisors for Homeland Security in North Carolina.

The Honorable Ronald R. Spoehel served in the Presidentially appointed Senate-confirmed leadership of NASA (CFO) and has 40 years of private investment, board, and executive management experience for Fortune 500 companies to technology start-ups.  Ron presently serves as Managing Partner of Windrock Capital LLC, a private firm.  Ron began in aerospace technology with Hughes Aircraft, then spent ten years in investment banking, and later served as an executive and on boards of technology companies.
