Darren, Founder of INDROCORP, brings over 25 years of experience in research and development, operations, and technology management within the petroleum industry. He later co-founded Insure Wealth Group, a Canadian financial services firm, and in 2019 co- founded Bravo Zulu, an international leader in defence and security solutions. Darren remains actively involved in strategic leadership, holding multiple board positions across industries. His diverse background reflects a strong commitment to innovation, entrepreneurship, and cross-sector growth.

Matt Casella

CFO

Matt brings more than 20 years of leadership experience across finance, operations, capital markets, and technology commercialization, including over a decade in senior executive roles within robotics, automation, and growth-stage technology companies.

Philip Reece

CTO

Philip, Founder of InDro Robotics, has over 25 years of experience in technology and commercial aviation. He is the technical lead for Canada Post’s long-range BVLOS drone program and serves as a technical advisor to Transport Canada. Philip sits on the Board of Directors of Unmanned Systems Canada, the national drone industry association. His expertise bridges robotics, aviation, and regulatory strategy, driving innovation in autonomous systems and drone operations.

Sheri Rempel

Sheri has over 30 years of accounting experience working with companies in real estate development, restaurant management, mining, general financial services, and software development. Sheri founded and leads ARO Consulting, a 15-person firm, that specializes in providing accounting services to public companies listed across all three Canadian stock exchanges.

Rick Unrau

COO

Rick is a seasoned executive with more than 30 years of senior leadership experience across the technology, telecommunications, financial services, and energy sectors. His expertise spans corporate strategy, capital markets, transaction structuring, operational integration, and building scalable systems to support growth. He previously served as CEO of Pinnacle Wealth Brokers and co-founded LendingArch, now Consumer Genius, and has advised companies across multiple industries. Mr. Unrau holds a Bachelor of Management degree from the University of Lethbridge, with a focus in Accounting and Finance.

Barry Foote

Independent Director

Barry has spent 24 years in professional baseball as a player, coach and manager including the Chicago Cubs and New York Yankees. Barry co-founded Tri-State Homes, formed F2 Technologies LLC and developed a patented process to read gas, water and electric meters from airborne platforms. He became the Executive Vice President of NorthStar Energy of Alaska. Currently Barry is sitting on the board of advisors for Homeland Security in North Carolina.

Steven Barrenechea

Independent Director

Steven is the Executive Vice President at ALG 2006, a Portuguese investment-bank and advisory firm focused on energy, power, data-center, and technology sectors, where he specializes in corporate governance and investor outreach.

He is a director of Vision Marine Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ: VMAR), leading the electrification of recreational boating, and a consultant to Indocorp Technologies Inc. on corporate strategy. Previously, he served as interim CEO and director of Dune Energy, Inc., guiding its NYSE listing, and founded Redserf Inc., serving as CEO through its acquisition.

He holds a BBA from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at NYU.

Mark Orsmond

Mark is a seasoned finance executive with more than 25 years’ experience leading public and private companies across technology, electric vehicles, utilities, marine services, and natural resources.

He currently serves as Chairman of AIML Inc., focused on advanced signal identification and artificial-intelligence applications. Previously, he was CFO and Executive Vice President of Taga Motors Inc., guiding its growth and public listing; CFO and Executive Vice President of Corix Utilities, overseeing finance and treasury for a major North American utility platform; and CFO and Executive Vice President of Ali-Sea Group, leading its international expansion and sale to private equity. Mark is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of South Africa.

Major General USA (Retired) Phillip Churn

Independent Director

Phillip retired from the U.S. Army in April 2019 after a 37-year military career. He is the Founder, CEO, and President of SYZYGY International, LLC, a risk-management and security-consulting firm serving government and private-sector clients.

During deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan, he held senior leadership positions overseeing ~13,000 Military Police, one of the world’s largest law-enforcement organizations. His final assignment was at the Pentagon as Assistant to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff for Reserve Matters, advising senior leadership on reserve policy, readiness, and strategy. Phillip holds a BS in Economics from Mount Saint Mary’s University and an MS in Strategic Studies from the United States Army War College.
